or third party personnel. The service is provided using an innovative technological
tool that covers processes for workforce planning, recruitment, selection, applicant
tracking, and recruitment and performance evaluation metrics.

OBJECTIVES

Make up for the shortage of information available in the selection process prior
to hiring. In many cases, this information is not available, in others it isn’t
properly integrated within corporate applications and in most cases, there isn’t a
